I will guide you through a nature mindfulness practice, breathing exercise and restorative poses (some held for at least a minute or two), ending the session with Yoga Nidra, a deep relaxation technique. Hands-off energy healing may apply.
Get ready with your yoga mat or an exercise mat, AND a beach towel (or any big thick towel will do if you don't have a yoga blanket). Don't forget your MASK and water. Hand sanitizer will be provided.

All levels of fitness are welcome. You don't have to be flexible for yoga.

This is a practice that encourages us to slow down, take a pause and get into the stillness that allows us to tune into the body, mind and soul.
Even the Covid-19 has forced us to slow down anyway, in a culture that promotes "not-enoughness" and the ideas that "the more the better" and "fast is good," doing less is still difficult for many people. Our mind doesn't always let us do that.
In this practice, we learn about letting go and showing compassion to yourself.
