I will guide you through a nature mindfulness practice, breathing exercise and restorative poses (some held for at least a minute or two), a self-love practice, ending the session with Yoga Nidra, a deep relaxation technique. Hands-off energy healing may apply.
Get ready with your yoga mat or an exercise mat, and bring a beach towel (or any big thick towel will do if you don't have a yoga blanket). Don't forget your MASK and water. Hand sanitizer will be provided.

All levels of fitness are welcome. You don't have to be flexible for yoga.

This is a practice that encourages us to slow down, take a pause and get into the stillness that allows us to tune into the body, mind and soul.
Even though the Covid-19 has forced us to slow down, we are still in a culture that promotes "not-enoughness" and "the more the better" and "fast is good." It makes doing less difficult for many people.
In this practice, we learn about letting go and showing compassion to yourself.
