I designed a brand new online coaching program for stressed-out parents who feel overwhelmed, anxious, exhausted or guilt — based on the 4Cs above — the principles that I value and belief in parenting.

You may feel like you are not doing a good enough job as a parent or worried about transferring your emotional baggage to your children.

❤️ I help you feel happier and more excited by YOUR life while cultivating more patience, calm and positivity.

❤️ I help you to foster a deeper, stronger, more loving connection with your children, worry less and feel the joy of being a parent.

❤️ I help you get clearer on what is blocking you from connecting more fully with your children.

❤️ You and your children will grow and thrive together in the process.

Over the six weeks, you will learn:


🍀 Simple tools to relieve parental burnout.

🍀 To manage your own emotions.

🍀 To be comfortable with your children’s emotions.

🍀 To develop a deeper understanding of yourself — mind and body.

🍀 To cultivate self-compassion and self-nurturing.

🍀 To gain cooperation from your children without yelling.

🍀 To look after your wellbeing.

This program will include lecture, written exercises, 1-on-1 coaching opportunities as well as group discussions and sharing.

Why is self-understanding and self-compassion important in parenting?

You have probably heard of the saying: You Are What You Eat.

In parenting, Your Children Are Who You Are Being.

Many of your actions, decisions and choices are operating under your conscious awareness.

By understanding yourself, you will see how your thoughts and your past experiences (including childhood experiences) have a strong influence on your actions. That, in turn, affects your interactions and your relationships with your children.

When you are compassionate towards yourself, you will naturally be a more active listener, more nurturing and kinder towards your children despite how they behave. When your children feel seen, heard and appreciated, they would want to hear what you want to say.

With all that, you will be able to cultivate a deeper and more loving bond with your children AND with yourself.

Working with Your Fear Workshop

This is a 45-minute workshop that helps you see why fear is to be embraced, not to be pushed it away. The method doesn’t require a strong will to fight it.

Instead, I will guide you to see it with compassion. This is a self-inquiry process that includes a simple exercise to help you understand what fear is and learn how to work with it.

Therapeutic Yoga for Self-Love on Valentine's Day

Your investment: No fee for your first class. $12 thereafter.

I will guide you through a nature mindfulness practice, breathing exercise and restorative poses (some held for at least a minute or two), a self-love practice, ending the session with Yoga Nidra, a deep relaxation technique. Hands-off energy healing may apply.

Get ready with your yoga mat or an exercise mat, and bring a beach towel (or any big thick towel will do if you don't have a yoga blanket). Don't forget your MASK and water. Hand sanitizer will be provided.

Bring a friend!

All levels of fitness are welcome. You don't have to be flexible for yoga.

ABOUT:

This is a practice that encourages us to slow down, take a pause and get into the stillness that allows us to tune into the body, mind and soul.

Even though the Covid-19 has forced us to slow down, we are still in a culture that promotes "not-enoughness" and "the more the better" and "fast is good." It makes doing less difficult for many people.

In this practice, we learn about letting go and showing compassion to yourself.
