Taking Time Out For Yourself Matters

I am excited to announce that I have created an online class for anxious parents, educators and caregivers who want to release their stress and feel more balanced and calm, as well as be energized and revitalized.


This will be a safe space for parents, educators, caregivers to connect, while exploring together their own inner landscape at their own pace and in their own space.

We are stronger together!

  • Do you wonder why it’s difficult to control your frustrations and emotions?

  • Do you wonder why sometimes you feel anxious and stressed when you are not under pressure?

  • Do you know if your stress gets stored in the body and becomes chronic if you don’t release it?

I will help you manage those intense emotions by working with your body! You will relieve stress to feel happier and more satisfied in your life, so you can give more space, be more present and have more patience for your child.

Imagine:

  • Mindfulness +

  • Gentle yoga stretches +

  • Breathing exercises +

  • Self-compassion +

  • Energy healing

But that’s not all. We will go deeper than that.

In the class, you will learn to release tension by activating a natural response in the body through tremoring!

Through a modality called the Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE), you will learn to safely activate tremors which help break up deep muscular tension that accumulates in the body due to stress and trauma.

After the session, you will feel more relaxed and get deeper sleep. Your mind may feel more still or quieter; you may be able to breathe deeper and easier; your muscles will feel looser.


Through consistent practice, you will:

  • feel more at peace within yourself

  • have more patience

  • be less reactive

  • achieve greater emotional stability

  • enhanced physical, mental, and emotional strength to tackle challenges

    The actual experience may vary from person to person. My goal is to empower you to use this self-care tool to heal yourself and experience improved well-being, happiness, relaxation and vitality!
