VIP Day:

  • For US$1,100, you will get a tailor-made program to suit your needs in a five-hour private session in one day. In addition to the class content above, you will also get: 1) compassionate communication skills. 2) an hour of Reiki energy healing session (online or in-person). 3) Two weeks of post-session support via emails or text messages.

3-Month Program:

  • For US$1,500, you’ll get a personalized program to suit your needs. We will meet for 6 hourlong private sessions over three months. In addition to the class content above, you will get to work with your triggers on a deeper level through coaching. METHODS: Internal Family Systems (a psychotherapy model), Tension & Trauma Releasing/Recovery Exercises (a body-based practice), Mindfulness and coaching techniques.



WHO IS IT FOR? Parents, educators, care-providers. Non-parents are also welcome.



HOW DOES IT WORK?

Once you pay, you will get an email to arrange times for our sessions. You will also receive homework to complete before we meet.



Stephanie Hoi-Nga Wong is a trauma-informed coach who works with parents and adults challenged by stress and burnout. I guide my clients based on my 5Cs framework which you will experience in our coaching process: Consciousness, Connectedness, Curiosity, Compassion and Calmness.
